Job summary

LHC Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a dynamic sales leader to drive performance in home health across the Dallas area. You will hire and mentor a high-performing team, push for admissions growth, and align Sales with Operations to execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Board Approved Licensure is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Home Health or Hospice.
• 2+ years of Sales Management experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned area.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team.
• Achieve admit and census goals by monitoring progress and addressing gaps.
• Develop best practices to grow market share and maximize resources.
• Partner with Operations Leadership to align Sales and Operations.
• Report to Division President/VP of Business Development and execute company initiatives.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
