Job summary

Embedded Shishya seeks a Vice President to lead the HELOC servicing program across the loan lifecycle, including boarding, servicing, customer care, default management, payoff, and liquidation. The role partners with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, Product and external vendors to ensure strategy, governance, and readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years mortgage/consumer loan servicing experience.
• 5+ years direct HELOC servicing leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across core functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HELOC servicing program leadership and governance.
• Coordinate across functional areas while leaders retain accountability for execution.
• Maintain integrated view of requirements, risks, readiness and performance.
• Lead organizational readiness, staffing, communications, and change management.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners; ensure regulatory alignment.
