Job summary

Asset Based Lending, LLC in New Jersey seeks a Head of Servicing to lead the servicing department, overseeing loan servicing operations, portfolio management, borrower relations, and regulatory compliance.

This role drives the in-house platform migration to Salesforce, mirrors active portfolios with the former servicer, and builds a high‑performing team, standard SLAs, KPI reporting, and customer experience improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in loan servicing or related roles.
• Experience leading servicing transfers or portfolio conversions.
• Hands-on experience building a servicing platform, Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the loan servicing team to ensure timely and accurate servicing operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee loan boarding, payoff processing, and other essential servicing operations.
