Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily loan operations, including payment processing and escrow administration.
• Supervise servicing specialists, coach, and set performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and investor guidelines.
• Collaborate across departments to streamline handoffs and resolve discrepancies.
