Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience, including multi-site operations.
• Experience in hospital, emergency services, ambulatory, or market-level leadership preferred.
• Ability to lead in a complex matrix environment and influence across boundaries.
• Strong financial, operational, strategic, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Hillsborough market growth strategy across FSERs, urgent care centers, community medical provider clinics, transport, and other access points.
• Lead business development and network optimization, identifying opportunities to expand access, grow volume, strengthen downstream connectivity, and improve market performance.
• Lead operational planning for FSER growth and support future access-point development.
• Align access-point growth and operations with Brandon Hospital service-line strategy, capacity, physician alignment, and patient access priorities.
