Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or other related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including significant leadership experience within an acute care hospital environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple operational functions, managing complex cross-functional initiatives, improving organizational performance, and partnering with physicians and clinical leaders.

Responsabilités

• Translate hospital strategy into operational priorities, measurable goals, and actionable plans, driving accountability for execution and results.
• Leads major hospital-wide initiatives, capital planning, growth strategies, service enhancements, and operational improvements from planning through implementation and sustained performance.
• Develops and implements the Hospitals plan for providing ancillary and support services aligned with mission and vision.
• Leads and develops hospital leaders, strengthens workforce engagement, and promotes a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
• Partners with clinical and physician leaders to advance quality, patient safety, patient experience, access, throughput, capacity management, and overall operational performance.
• Provides executive leadership and oversight of hospital operations, ensuring effective coordination across departments.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting agencies, federal, state and local regulatory standards.
• Develops objectives and policies and achieves them within established timeframes; promotes interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Drives financial stewardship through budget management, productivity, resource utilization and efficiency.
