Job summary

CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, Inc. seeks a seasoned Vice-President, Health Transformation to lead strategy and implementation of evidence-based health improvement programs nationwide.

You will guide a seven-member multidisciplinary team, drive partnerships with policy makers, health systems, and academic leaders, and advance care-model innovations to reduce disparities. Qualifications

• Clinical training in dentistry or medicine and/or master’s degree in public health, public administration, or business with significant experience in public program administration.

Responsibilities

• External Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: develop and maintain external partnership structures for shared accountability and impact.
• Represent CareQuest at national conferences and convenings as a mission-focused ambassador.
• Health Transformation Program and Service Execution: design and pilot initiatives, influence industry practices, and reduce health disparities.
• Build readiness for change for internal teams, external partners, and clinical sites for adoption of new care models and data infrastructure.
• Combine quality improvement, behavior change, and implementation science with data and value-based care in program administration.
• Design and implement structured program planning, monitoring, and evaluation to demonstrate impact.
• Document and disseminate learnings, workflows, and protocols to support wide-spread training.
• Assess and leverage activities to influence regulatory environments in favor of evidence-based practices.
• Partner with CareQuest Innovation Partners to drive innovation and impact.
