Job summary

AVIA seeks a Vice President of Insights and Advisory to lead a national digital health Operations Transformation practice. You will drive strategy, growth, and financial performance, serve as a trusted advisor to senior health-system executives, and shape scalable offerings that deliver measurable client value.

With deep consulting experience, you will build client relationships, lead multi‑discipline teams, originate and close engagements, set pricing, manage pipelines, and mentor talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive consulting, advisory, or professional services experience serving hospitals and health systems.
• Proven success leading a consulting practice, service line, or significant portfolio of client engagements.
• Proven track record selling consulting services and achieving revenue or bookings goals.
• Hands-on experience scoping, pricing, negotiating, and contracting consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, growth plan, operating rhythm, and overall financial performance of the Insights & Advisory team.
• Identify, develop, and close consulting opportunities with new and existing clients; lead executive-level business development.
• Scope, price, and structure consulting engagements to achieve client value and practice profitability.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with senior hospital executives; shape new advisory offerings.
