Job summary

Catholic Charities USA seeks a Vice President for Integrated Health to lead a national strategy integrating physical health, behavioral health, and social determinants of health. You will guide technical assistance, policy insight, and partnerships with member agencies and health systems.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, collaboration across CCUSA divisions, and a commitment to equity and trauma-informed practice in mission-driven service.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in public health, social work, nursing, health administration, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible leadership in social services or integrated health.
• Experience with national, multi-site networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national integrated health strategy across physical health, behavioral health, and social determinants of health.
• Provide leadership for program innovations, training, and technical assistance to member agencies.
• Collaborate with government relations, funders, and external partners to advance integrated health priorities.
• Establish performance measures and evaluation frameworks for program quality and outcomes.
• Represent CCUSA in conferences, policy discussions, and external forums.
