Job summary

CareQuest Institute for Oral Health’s Health Improvement team advances evidence‑based solutions to improve patient outcomes and reduce disparities nationwide. The Vice‑President, Health Transformation will develop strategies to pilot delivery models and lead a seven‑person multidisciplinary team.

This role requires senior leadership, external partnership building, and the ability to translate research into scalable programs across the health system, policy, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Clinical training in dentistry or medicine and/or master’s degree in public health, public administration, or business with significant program administration experience.
• 7–10 years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of oral health, primary care delivery, and public health systems.
• Experience with value-based care, quality improvement, and population health measurement.
• Familiarity with health data exchange and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop external partnership structures to support accountability and impact.
• Represent CareQuest at national conferences and stakeholder forums.
• Design, pilot, and scale oral health models of care and disease management programs.
• Build readiness for change across internal teams and clinical sites.
• Lead planning, monitoring, and evaluation to demonstrate impact.
• Collaborate with CareQuest Innovation Partners to advance mission.
