Job summary

GuideWell seeks a Vice President of Health Services Analytics to lead the analytics function as the engine behind the Health Services Operating System. The role focuses on implementing a unified KPI dashboard, AI-driven efficiencies, and cross-functional process improvements across Health Services Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related work experience.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics or enterprise analytics leadership.
• 8+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing analytical teams and enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience designing and implementing analytics operating models.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional senior leadership.
• Ability to translate analytical insights into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the North Star for Health Services Analytics and articulate future-state vision.
• Lead phased implementation of the North Star, capabilities, metrics, design, and governance.
• Establish a unified analytics operating model with one data product strategy and governance.
