MedInsight seeks a Vice President of Engineering to guide a ~100-person global team across app development, data, platform, AI, and operations. You will shape strategy, elevate leadership, and modernize core platforms to enable AI-enabled growth and reliable delivery.

You will translate complex tech decisions into business outcomes, partnering with Product and Executives to drive measurable client value and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership with executive responsibility.
• Experience scaling or transforming large engineering organizations.
• Background in data-intensive environments: warehousing, analytics, Big Data.
• Ability to lead multiple disciplines: app development, data, platform/infra, AI.
• Proven ability to translate architecture and investments into business outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term engineering strategy aligned with business and product objectives.
• Improve velocity, delivery predictability, quality, reliability, and security.
• Establish architecture standards, automation, observability, and scalable processes.
• Accelerate AI adoption and emerging technologies across the org.
• Partner with leaders to identify AI opportunities delivering measurable value.
• Guide architecture investment decisions including modernization and debt management.
• Build a strong leadership bench and succession planning in engineering.
• Reduce key-person dependency through automation and self-service.
