Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence to shape and lead our enterprise AI strategy across clinical and business operations. You will drive innovation, governance, and scalable AI implementations with measurable outcomes.

This role requires deep leadership in technology transformation, collaboration with senior leaders, and a commitment to privacy, cybersecurity, and patient care excellence within a health services environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership in technology or digital transformation.
• 2-3 years leading enterprise AI initiatives.
• Track record delivering measurable results via AI/automation.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise AI strategy across business and clinical ops.
• Oversee design, implementation, governance, and support of AI solutions.
• Partner with executives to identify transformation opportunities & measure outcomes.
• Establish responsible AI governance and ensure privacy & security compliance.
• Manage teams, budgets, roadmaps, vendors, and communications with senior leadership.
