Job summary

Color Health is seeking an experienced health plan sales professional to drive growth across health plans, PBMs, and TPAs. You’ll source, develop, close, and manage relationships post-sale while aligning with a broader commercial team and providing market feedback during strategy sessions.

You’ll own end-to-end deal execution, forecast accurately with revops, and contribute to the commercial roadmap. A Bachelor’s degree and 6–10 years in enterprise sales are ideal for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise sales, with a history of closing large, complex deals with a long sales-cycle.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of US health insurers & the US healthcare ecosystem.
• History of consistently attaining or exceeding quota.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of health plan, PBM, & TPA clients in your region.
• Independently take deals from initial conversation to close.
• Collaborate with legal on contract negotiation & signature
• Work with revops to ensure forecasting and YoY pipeline growth
• Manage the RFI/ RFP process in your territory from start to finish
• Collaborate with Partnerships to access ASO / fully-insured / Medicare Advantage book of business
• Feed the customer voice into working roadmap & commercial strategy sessions
