Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of operations support and guest experience leaders.
• Drive brand standards and operational efficiency across the US lounge network.
• Develop and manage budgets, P&L, and cost controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement training, processes and tools.
• Oversee data insights to inform decisions and guest experience improvements.
• Travel within the Americas and globally as needed.
