Compass Group USA's Restaurant Associates division seeks a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for upscale dining and hospitality programs across diverse markets. The role partners with regional leaders, culinary and financial teams, and executive stakeholders to set vision, drive performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will lead high-performing teams, manage complex client relationships, and execute growth strategies

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience overseeing multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or related operations at executive level.
• Experience managing multi-location operations across markets or regions.
• Proven track record mentoring senior operations leaders and building teams.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and labor strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of restaurant operations across multiple markets.
• Lead and develop General Managers and senior leaders to meet objectives.
• Set and execute operational strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Champion hospitality culture, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships with clients and executives as trusted advisor.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor, and cost controls enterprise-wide.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service standards, and food safety compliance.
