Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. is partnering with a premier international hospitality brand seeking a VP of Operations to lead the U.S. expansion and scale operations across multiple openings from development to launch and stabilization.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep hospitality experience, and a proven ability to build systems, manage multi-million-dollar P&Ls, and recruit top senior leaders to drive guest experience and brand standards in North America.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations for high-end, fine-dining groups.
• Strong financial acumen with multi-million-dollar P&Ls.
• Proven track record of opening locations from start to finish, preferably internationally.
• Hands-on leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience developing and mentoring senior leadership teams.

We are partnering with an exciting and highly successful international hospitality brand as they prepare for significant expansion across the United States.

As part of this growth, they are seeking a VP of Operations to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team with responsibility for helping build, scale, and lead the U.S. operation.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand at the ground-floor stage of its U.S. growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in everything from pre-opening strategy and development meetings to recruiting leadership teams, launching venues, building operational infrastructure, and supporting future expansion.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Operators coming from high end, fine dining restaurant groups. Unfortunately backgrounds with casual chains or only hotels will not be considered.
• Proven experience opening new locations from start to finish. Bonus points if with a international brand!
• Strong understanding of both operational and commercial performance
• Experience leading large teams and developing future leaders
• Highly hands-on leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls
