Job summary

Collinson Group in Dallas seeks a Senior Client Services Account Manager to oversee strategic and operational management of key global Travel Experience client accounts. You will serve as the main operational liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery that meets contractual obligations.

You will lead 3–5 Client Ops staff, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and drive change initiatives across processes, data, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in client services, operations, or sales support with increasing responsibility.
• At least 1 year of people management experience, including oversight of remote or virtual teams.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Latin American Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and operational delivery for global Travel Experience client accounts.
• Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams to meet contractual obligations.
• Monitor staffing, resources, and on-time delivery to exceed client expectations.
• Lead and develop 3–5-person Client Ops teams; drive process improvements and KPI attainment.
• Coordinate onboarding, reporting, and client communications; escalate issues as needed.
