Qualificações

• Proven experience supporting senior leadership and coordinating complex calendars.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Day‑to‑day management and coordination of meetings and materials.
• Manage calendars, inbox, and communications for SVP, Commercial-Americas.
• Organize events, offsites, town halls, and strategic workshops.
• Prepare meeting materials and presentations to drive decisions.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and monthly reporting packs.
• Arrange travel and expense submissions for leadership.
• Support administrative duties and purchase order processes.
