Our client is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and commercially focused executive to help identify and execute the company's next generation of growth opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this individual will evaluate how existing capabilities, services, and expertise can be expanded into scalable business lines, new revenue streams, and growth initiatives. This is a highly visible position that will work closely with executive leadership to shape the organization's long-term growth strategy.
This is not a traditional product role, consulting role, or pure M&A role. We're looking for someone who has successfully transformed ideas into businesses, built and commercialized service offerings, and influenced key strategic investment decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify opportunities to expand existing services into new business lines and revenue-generating offerings.
- Evaluate market demand, competitive landscape, customer needs, and commercial viability of new initiatives.
- Develop business cases, growth strategies, operating models, financial analyses, and executive recommendations.
- Partner with senior leadership to prioritize investments and growth opportunities across the organization.
- Lead initiatives from concept through planning, executive alignment, and commercialization.
- Evaluate opportunities for geographic expansion, including international growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Corporate Development and Finance teams on acquisition-related opportunities and assess how acquired capabilities can be scaled throughout the broader organization.
- Influence executive stakeholders by clearly articulating business value, ROI, strategic fit, and execution plans.
- Help establish the roadmap, structure, and future operating model for the company's growth function.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in growth strategy, new ventures, commercialization, business development, corporate strategy, general management, business transformation, or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record of launching, scaling, or commercializing services, business lines, or new revenue-generating initiatives.
- Experience building business cases, market assessments, financial models, and executive-level recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive complex initiatives forward.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership teams and influencing strategic decisions.
- Global or international expansion experience is highly desirable.
- Exposure to M&A, corporate development, integration strategy, or investment evaluation is a plus.
