Job summary

Digitas is seeking an Associate Director for Digital Product Management focused on AI Products & Platform Engineering to shape our bespoke generative AI platform. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions and ensure reliability and scalability of our tools.

You’ll lead agile teams, apply BDD/TDD, and translate business needs into technical requirements, driving platform strategy across agency projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
5+ years in technology roles supporting cross-functional development in agile environments.
Hands-on experience with generative AI or ML.
Familiarity with MarTech platforms and digital advertising tech.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
Experience with modern web development processes and APIs.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks.
Identify new features and integrations aligned with platform goals.
Stay current with generative AI and MarTech to inform best practices.
Apply BDD and TDD methodologies; write acceptance criteria in Gherkin.
Collaborate with QA to develop effective test cases.
Oversee day-to-day agile development team activities.
Guide development best practices, coding standards, and processes.
Support execution of the product roadmap and rollout of new features.
Provide hands-on technical oversight, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
Monitor platform performance and gather user feedback.
