Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a senior P&L or portfolio leadership role.
• Strong track record of contractual and technical delivery excellence in federal settings.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability for an assigned portfolio including revenue, margin, utilization, and investments.
• Drive forecasting, financial reporting, and corrective action planning with finance and leadership.
• Manage portfolio risk across performance, staffing, financial, and contractual aspects.
