Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Director of Global Equity Management to lead administration and governance of its private-company LTIP and executive equity programs. You will partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, Payroll, and external advisors to deliver scalable processes and strong governance.

The role is based in Denver with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible) or remote within the US, and requires 7+ years in equity programs and deep knowledge of equity practices across
