Regal Rexnord is seeking a Division Sr. Director of Human Resources in Milwaukee, WI. This hands-on leader will drive the Division's global HR function for Clutches & Brakes, reporting to the Division President and HR leadership.

The role aims to align strategic HR initiatives with revenue growth and profitability across a 2,000-employee organization. The role covers talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, succession, engagement, and inclusion, partnering with senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness or related field.
• 8+ years HR business partner experience; preferably in global industrial manufacturing.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to develop and implement talent strategies that drive business results.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels; executive presence.
• Hands-on, proactive, continuous improvement mindset (80/20 principles).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and globally.

Responsibilities

• Leads workforce planning using data and analytics to set priorities.
• Develops the Division's talent management and diversity & inclusion initiatives; builds leadership pipeline.
• Advises HR leaders and ensures policy compliance; supports employee relations investigations.
• Identifies opportunities to simplify HR processes and increase value to the business.
