You will shape strategy, advise senior leaders, and partner with product, engineering, design, legal, and marketing to translate complex innovation into compelling narratives for consumers and the press. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in communications, PR, or journalism, with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to develop and execute earned media for complex organizations.
• Strong writing and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Experience navigating regulated industries with legal/compliance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute an integrated earned media strategy for Chase's product and technology portfolio.
• Identify high-impact media opportunities and build a robust pipeline of story angles across national, trade, and emerging media.
• Prepare executives for media engagements and develop thought leadership materials (briefings, talking points, op-eds, press statements).
• Cultivate relationships with top-tier journalists and influencers; manage reputation and rapid response when needed.
• Advise leadership and coordinate with legal, compliance, and marketing to embed communications in product development and launches.
• Mentor and develop team capabilities for digital, social, and creator-driven earned channels.
