Job summary

Apex Tool Group seeks a Vice President of Global Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to lead the global SIOP process and oversee the North America Hand Tools supply chain, guiding Weller and Cleco teams for global consistency across supply chain functions.

The role drives synchronization across Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to optimize inventory, plans, and financial outcomes supporting ~1.2B in annual sales and ~250M in inventory responsibility.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of global leadership experience in supply chain planning with SIOP accountability.
• Experience with Kinaxis and SAP in a leadership role.
• Willingness to travel ~50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver strategic objectives of the company through SIOP across Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Provide functional leadership to cross-business leaders to ensure global process consistency and best practices.
• Lead monthly SIOP reviews and cross-functional planning to optimize inventory and financial outcomes.
