Job summary

Apex Tool Group in the United States is seeking a Vice President of Global Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to lead the global SIOP process and drive synchronization across Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.

The role provides functional leadership to the Weller and Cleco Supply Chain leads, ensuring global consistency and rollout of standardized processes while balancing demand, supply and inventory across a ~$1.2B sales footprint and ~$250M inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• 15+ years in global leadership roles in supply chain planning and SIOP.
• Experience with SAP and Kinaxis or similar planning systems.
• Experience across consumer/retail and industrial channels; global clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead global SIOP process and regional NAHT supply chain delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance, Operations and SC to synchronize plans.
• Develop long-term SIOP strategy and short/medium-term tactical plans.
• Oversee Kinaxis COE globally and ensure standardized processes.
• Lead monthly SIOP reviews and executive-level updates.
