Job summary

Apex Tool Group is seeking a VP, Global Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to lead the global SIOP process and regional NAHT supply chain. This role provides leadership to the Weller and Cleco Supply Chain leads to ensure global consistency in processes and ways of working.

You will drive synchronization across Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain for ~$1.2B in annual revenue and manage ~$250M in inventory.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in global leadership roles in supply chain planning.
• Direct, multi-year accountability for a SIOP process.
• Experience across multiple sub-disciplines (Distribution, Transportation, Sourcing, Manufacturing, or Customer Service).
• SAP experience as hands-on practitioner and leader.
• Kinaxis experience is a plus.
• Experience with consumer/retail and industrial channels.
• Willingness to travel ~50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver strategic objectives of the company through SIOP with cross-functional partners.
• Provide leadership to Weller and Cleco Supply Chain teams for global consistency.
• Develop long-term SIOP strategy and balance demand and supply.
• Lead monthly SIOP reviews and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance and Manufacturing to optimize inventory and turns.
• Oversee Kinaxis COE and global Kinaxis governance.
