Job summary

Apex Tool Group is seeking a senior liaison to lead Global Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) and regional NAHT supply chain delivery. The role drives synchronization across Sales, Marketing, New Product Development, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure efficient processes and strong financial results.

The leader will manage a multinational team, deliver long-term SIOP strategy, and oversee global Kinaxis initiatives, while partnering with executives to optimize inventory,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
15+ years in global leadership roles in Supply Chain planning with SIOP.
Experience with SAP, Kinaxis and advanced planning systems.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver strategic objectives of the company through SIOP with cross-functional leadership.
Lead Weller and Cleco Supply Chain teams, standardizing processes globally.
Develop long-term SIOP strategy and balance demand and supply to optimize inventory.
Serve as SME for SIOP with a 24-month demand plan translating to plant forecasts.
Lead monthly SIOP reviews and report KPIs to senior leadership.
Oversee Kinaxis COE and global Kinaxis implementation.
Manage regional NAHT supply chain delivery and lead a senior team.
