Job summary

Apex Tool Group seeks a senior leader to serve as Vice President of Global Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP). The role oversees the NAHT supply chain and aligns SIOP activities across Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance, and Operations to improve inventory and forecast accuracy.

You will drive global Kinaxis COE and standardize processes across business units. The role requires deep experience in global supply chain leadership, advanced planning systems, and a track record managing

Qualifications

15+ years in global leadership roles in Supply Chain planning.
Experience in at least one additional sub-discipline (Distribution, Transportation, Sourcing, Manufacturing, or Customer Service).
Experience in advanced planning systems; Kinaxis experience is a plus.
Experience with consumer/retail and industrial channels; B2B eCommerce.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver the company's strategic objectives through SIOP in partnership with Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.
Provide functional leadership to Supply Chain leads, ensuring global process consistency and standardized rollout across businesses.
Lead the long-term SIOP strategy and short/medium-term decision-making to balance demand and supply, inventory, and capacity.
Oversee monthly SIOP cycles and executive reviews; monitor KPIs and forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with Finance and Manufacturing to forecast and optimize global inventory dollars, turns, and lead times.
