Apex Tool Group is seeking a strategic, global leader to own and advance the SIOP process and supply chain planning across North America and international operations.

You will drive inventory optimization, collaborate with senior leadership, and steward Kinaxis and SAP-based processes to enable reliable service levels and strong financial performance. This role requires extensive global experience and a travel-ready mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with an MBA or relevant graduate degree.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in global leadership roles in Supply Chain planning, with direct, multi-year accountability for a SIOP process supporting at least $0.5B in annual revenue.
• Significant experience in at least one additional sub-discipline of Supply Chain (e.g. Distribution, Transportation, Sourcing, Manufacturing, or Customer Service).
• SAP experience as both a hands-on practitioner and business leader.
• Experience in advanced planning systems is required; Kinaxis experience is a plus.
• Experience with both consumer/retail and industrial channels, including previous experience supplying major global customers in both areas.
• Experience leading Supply Chain and SIOP activities in support of business-to-business eCommerce channels, including previous experience supplying major global customers.
• Ability to travel ~50% both domestic and international.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver strategic objectives through SIOP, partnering across Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Provide functional leadership to Weller and Cleco Supply Chain leads and standardize processes globally.
• Develop long-term SIOP strategy and lead short/medium-term decisions to balance demand and supply, manage inventory, and align with capacity.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for SIOP with a 24-month demand plan translating into forecasts for plants and suppliers.
• Lead monthly SIOP review cycles and participate in executive reviews as needed.
• Lead Supply Chain planning for NPD and manage Supply Chain representatives for SBUs; participate in reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance and Manufacturing to forecast and optimize global inventory metrics.
• Assess financial risks and implement mitigation plans related to service levels and inventory.
• Develop reports to monitor KPIs on shipments, forecasts, and supply issues.
• Ideate and drive major projects as the company SIOP/SC SME (process improvements, tech deployment, customer initiatives).
• Define and execute Kinaxis COE, ensuring global support for all business units.
