Job summary

Apex Tool Group in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Vice President of Global Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to lead the global SIOP process and NAHT supply chain. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to align demand with capacity and financial targets.

Responsibilities include shaping long-term SIOP strategy, standardizing processes across businesses, and driving inventory optimization and forecast accuracy with Kinaxis and SAP expertise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of global leadership in supply chain planning with SIOP accountability for at least $0.5B in revenue.
• Experience across at least one additional supply chain sub-discipline (Distribution, Transportation, Sourcing, Manufacturing, or Customer Service).
• SAP experience as a hands-on user and business leader; Kinaxis experience is a plus.
• Experience serving consumer/retail and industrial channels, including B2B eCommerce.
• Willingness to travel ~50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver strategic SIOP objectives with senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Provide global process leadership to ensure standardized, consistent supply chain practices.
• Lead SIOP planning, forecasting, inventory management and balance of supply and demand.
• Drive quarterly executive reviews and regional NAHT supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with Finance and Manufacturing to optimize inventory dollars, turns and days on hand.
