Partners In Law, a premier Midtown Manhattan firm, seeks a Director of Process Excellence to lead the Office of Process Excellence firmwide. This role drives process assessment, redesign, and standardization across legal practice areas and business functions.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and organizational design, with a track record of implementing durable improvements and guiding change across complex organizations.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in process excellence, operational excellence, business process improvement, management consulting or organizational design.
• Experience in top-tier management consulting or professional-services environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex operational problems and redesign end-to-end processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct structured reviews of workflows across legal practices and business functions.
• Map processes to understand how work moves through the organization.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for standardization or simplification.
• Redesign processes with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Lead implementation of improvements across the firm.
