Qualifications

• Knowledge of governance docs (articles, bylaws, resolutions).

Responsibilities

• Serve as governance integration lead for acquisitions, investments, and transactions.
• Coordinate onboarding, governance readiness, and post-close integration.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Treasury, Tax, Controllers and teams.
• Support remediation and governance documentation during diligence and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate entity data, ownership records, and governance docs.
• Drive transition planning to ongoing governance and BAU processes.
• Coordinate governance support for banking, KYC, UBO, and related activities.
• Develop integration plans, trackers, status reports, and metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance processes and automation.
• Support governance priorities and special projects as needed.
