VCI is seeking a Principal Product Manager to translate enterprise strategy, customer needs, regulatory obligations, and security priorities into measurable product outcomes across payment platforms. You will lead domains, collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Finance, Sales and Support, reporting to Executive Management.

The role expands product capacity, strengthens leadership continuity, and builds transferable knowledge with documented governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with ownership of complex products from discovery through production.
• Deep knowledge of ACH processing, transaction lifecycles, returns, and reconciliation.
• Experience using Jira/Confluence and Agile/Scrum delivery practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned product domains and strategic initiatives within delegated authority.
• Partner with senior leadership to balance workload and maintain coordinated product strategy.
• Represent Product in executive forums and communicate portfolio status, risks, and outcomes.
• Maintain playbooks, decision logs, and ownership matrices for continuity and governance.
• Provide coaching and standards for Product Managers and Business Analysts.
