Job summary

Zenith seeks a senior leader to design and operate an Above Market governance system for PepsiCo’s media network. You will connect COE, IB/IF, Publicis specialists and markets to ensure clear ownership, efficient workflows and transparent performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of agency or client-side media operations, transformation or operating-model leadership with senior stakeholders.
• Designed and operated RACIs, governance forums, service models, SLAs and escalation processes across large matrix organizations.
• Understanding of integrated media planning, data, measurement and activation to orchestrate specialists without replacement.
• Strong written process design, facilitation, program management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading multi-market change and coordinating cross-market initiatives.
• Hands-on leadership of multi-market financial operations including billing, PO workflows and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Translate operating model into end-to-end RACI, service catalogs and escalation trees.
• Define interfaces between global design and regional market planning while preserving decision rights.
• Develop decision trees for global standards, local flexibility, approvals and escalation timelines.
• Establish governance forums, agendas and decision logs; maintain an integrated delivery status.
• Coordinate financial forecasting, market submissions and consolidated global visibility.
• Lead cross-market governance, continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.
