Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a senior operations leader to design and run the Above Market governance for PepsiCo, connecting COE, IB/IF, Publicis and markets. You will own the global financial operating model, including billing workflows and PO processes, while ensuring alignment with finance and investment teams.

You will establish governance forums, service standards, and a cadence of decision-making across multiple markets, driving continuous improvement and cross-capability collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of agency or client-side media operations leadership.
• Experience designing RACIs, governance forums, SLAs and escalation mechanisms.
• Understanding of integrated media planning, investment, data, measurement and activation.
• Strong written process design, facilitation and program management.
• Experience leading multi-market change and resolving tensions between standards and local needs.
• Hands-on leadership of multi-market media financial operations, including billing and PO workflows.
• Ability to partner with Finance controllers and investment leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the Above Market governance system connecting PepsiCo and Publicis.
• Lead global financial operating model design, including billing and PO workflows.
