The role focuses on shaping an operating model for a global network with emphasis on observability, automation-driven procedures, ITSM discipline, and proactive issue mitigation.

Ideally, you bring 15+ years in enterprise networking, multivendor environments, and strong leadership to drive scalable change across regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise operations and IT networking.

• Proficient in network monitoring and observability.
• Strong ITIL and Lean/Agile delivery experience.
