Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise operations and IT networking.

• Strong network monitoring and observability skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Lean/Agile delivery.
• Experience with cloud networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead network operations and incident management for a global enterprise.
• Develop and enforce an observability-driven, automated remediation strategy.
