Job summary

FFF Enterprises seeks a visionary Vice President, Infrastructure Services to lead strategy, operating model, engineering, and operations of enterprise infrastructure and employee technology services. This role drives reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud and on‑prem platforms across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Enterprise infrastructure architecture, cloud and on‑premises operations, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Experience building multi‑year roadmaps, managing budgets and vendors, and communicating tech risks and investments to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and multi‑year Infrastructure Services roadmap.
• Oversee Cloud/Platform Engineering, Network, Digital Workplace, and SRE/Service Management.
• Drive automation, AI-assisted operations, and cost optimization across platforms.
• Partner with executives to align priorities with growth, regulatory requirements, and customer commitments.
