TransUnion LLC is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Planning within the International Strategy team. The role focuses on shaping growth across international markets, partnering with regional leaders, and translating strategy into actionable go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth.

The position is hybrid, reports to senior leadership, and collaborates with Product, Finance, Marketing, and global knowledge teams to close capability gaps and advance regional expansion.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience across financial services, technology, consumer data, or similarly complex information-services environments.
• 10+ years in business management, strategic planning, or corporate strategy with accountability for translating strategy into results.
• Proven experience taking ideas from assessment and business-case development through commercialization in a cross-functional environment.
• Defined goals and KPIs, led multiple strategic initiatives, and influenced senior decisions through structured analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead vertical-specific growth and sales strategies across international regions.
• Partner with regional leaders to identify, prioritize, and scale opportunities in new verticals and geographies.
• Build actionable business cases for organic and inorganic growth, including due diligence and partnerships.
• Translate strategy into go-to-market plans, operating models, channel approaches, and execution roadmaps.
• Integrate strategic, portfolio, financial, budget, and forecasting processes with Finance for P&L alignment.
• Establish business plans, performance targets, KPIs, and governance; monitor progress and adjust.
• Generate strategic insights from customer, industry, macroeconomic, regulatory, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with Product, Solutions, Marketing, Customer Success, and knowledge teams to close capability gaps.
• Design and facilitate strategic planning sessions and senior-level reviews.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, enabling cross-regional collaboration.
