Job summary

Siemens EDA (Siemens Digital Industries Software) seeks a proven leader to head the Global Foundry Solutions Technical Sales organization, reporting to the SVP, EDA Sales - PacRim. You will drive technical sales strategy, grow the business, and engage customers across the semiconductor ecosystem.

You will shape strategy, influence product direction, and lead a world-class global team as Siemens EDA expands its leadership in the foundry market.

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership experience in EDA, semiconductor manufacturing, or related tech.
Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, trends, and customer business models.
Experience driving growth through strategic account development and adoption of new tech.
Strong knowledge of Calibre solutions and semiconductor workflows.
Proven success leading global application engineering organizations.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive customers.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global technical sales strategy for the Calibre Manufacturing business.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of senior technical leaders with a high-performance culture.
Build partnerships with Product Management and R&D to align customer requirements with technology and priorities.
Collaborate with regional sales leadership to identify opportunities and drive multi-year campaigns.
Develop executive relationships with leading semiconductor manufacturers, foundries, and ecosystem partners.
Represent Siemens EDA with customers, industry partners, and at key events.
