Responsibilities

• Builds effective teamwork within sales and support teams and across related functions.
• Plans, directs, and controls the development and implementation of sales strategies domestically or internationally.
• Supports sales regions in planning, training, and administration to ensure continuity and consistency in sales programs.
• Plans and develops sales objectives and priorities for both global and local accounts.
• Develops strategic and tactical sales plans and associated policies and procedures.
• Responsible for product/service opportunities identification, SQI performance, development, and competitive market penetration.
• Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.
