Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks an experienced sales leader to manage strategies and drive revenue across small, medium, and large customer segments. You will guide sales leadership, set objectives, and ensure targets are met while coordinating with product, customer, and market insights.

The role requires a decade of commercial sales and sales management, including international exposure and automated sales systems experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Ten (10) years commercial sales and sales management experience, including demonstrated successful management experience.
Airfreight or other sales experience in automated sales, international sales may be required.

Responsibilities

Builds effective teamwork within sales and support teams and across related functions.
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the development and implementation of sales strategies within FedEx domestically or internationally.
Supports sales regions in planning, training, and administration to ensure continuity and consistency in sales programs.
Plans and develops sales objectives and priorities for both global and local accounts.
Develops strategic and tactical sales plans as well as associated policies and procedures.
Responsible for product/service opportunities identification, SQI performance, development, and competitive market penetration.
Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.
