Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data analytics, strategy, integration, or related field in complex environments.
• Experience leading ambiguous data initiatives through requirements clarification, design, validation, and adoption.
• Judgment in evaluating reuse, integration, automation, tooling, and AI-assisted vs deterministic methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery for complex data and end-to-end initiatives.
• Investigate systems of record, identifiers, and business rules to establish current state and gaps.
• Evaluate options within strategy guardrails and determine what to reuse, connect, automate, or defer.
• Translate needs into implementable requirements covering data structures, interfaces, and validation criteria.
• Partner with Business, Product, Technology, Data Owners and Data Stewards to connect trusted data to controlled execution.
• Formalize entities, lifecycle stages, metrics, source relationships, and limitations with documentation and SME input.
• Develop reusable patterns for discovery, source access, and onboarding across products.
• Support governed modernization and team development to avoid obsolete logic.
