Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategy experience from a premier management consulting firm and/or internal strategy group.
• Outstanding ability to analyze problems and apply quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem solving.
• Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to develop high quality strategy end-products.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions.
• Proven leadership in strategy engagements and coaching of team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority strategy projects addressing complex data and AI problems for financial services.
• Develop and deliver executive strategy documents articulating value, impact and direction.
• Monitor industry trends and refine the firmwide AI and data strategy to align with goals.
• Lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and drive alignment.
• Provide coaching to strategy team members and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
