Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to join the CDAO Strategy team. The role involves managing strategic initiatives at the forefront of data and AI in financial services, collaborating with senior leaders across functions, and delivering executive-level strategy documents that articulate value, direction, and impact.

The position requires extensive strategy experience, strong analytical abilities, and proven leadership in steering strategic engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategy experience from a premier management consulting firm or internal strategy group.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication for executive audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead strategy engagements and coach team members.
• Familiarity with AI and data; ability to translate technical concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority strategy projects addressing data and AI in financial services; enable business outcomes.
• Develop and deliver executive-level strategy documents and analyses with clear value and direction for AI/data priorities.
• Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to refine the firmwide AI and data strategy.
• Lead strategy project teams and collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and drive alignment.
• Provide coaching to strategy team members and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
