Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to join the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) Strategy team. You will manage strategic initiatives at the forefront of data and AI in financial services, collaborating with senior leaders across functions to drive business outcomes.

The role emphasizes developing executive strategy documents, analyzing industry trends, and coaching team members to foster excellence and innovation in AI and data strategy, with a focus on delivering measurable value

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategy experience from a premier management consulting firm and/or internal strategy group.
• Outstanding ability to analyze problems using quantitative and conceptual approaches.
• Excellent oral and written communication for executive-level outputs.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead strategy engagements and coach team members.
• Familiarity with AI and data and ability to discuss technical concepts with executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority strategy projects addressing complex data & AI problems in financial services, aimed at enabling business outcomes.
• Develop and deliver executive-level strategy documents and analyses outlining value, impact, and direction of AI and data priorities.
• Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to refine the firmwide AI and data strategy.
• Lead strategy project teams and coordinate with stakeholders across functions to gather insights and drive alignment.
• Provide coaching to strategy team members to foster excellence and innovation.
