Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in the United States seeks a VP, Head of Global Cyber Defense to lead enterprise cyber defense strategy, global incident response, threat intelligence, and AI-enabled security across the organization.

You will partner with the CISO and board, shape the security roadmap, manage a large budget, build a high-performing global team, and travel about 25% (less if based in Houston, TX).

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience leading global cyber defense in large enterprises.
• Proven ability to translate cyber risk into business outcomes.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR and AI-enabled security.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise cyber defense strategy and roadmap.
• Lead global Cyber Defense Center operations and incident response.
• Collaborate with the CISO, executives, and boards.
• Travel about 25%, less if based in Houston, TX.
