HP, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Engagement Program Lead to drive cybersecurity transformation and architecture across enterprise security functions.

The role emphasizes security-by-design, tooling optimization, and AI-enabled automation to enhance risk management and compliance. The position involves partnering with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s security posture, leveraging data-driven insights and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a cybersecurity, CS, IT, engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of cybersecurity/ security engineering experience.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, CIS Controls, OWASP or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive cybersecurity transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, governance, automation and risk reduction.
• Support enterprise security architecture, security-by-design principles and architectural controls.
• Oversee application security tooling adoption, secure coding practices, remediation from code scans and container security assessments.
• Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI, agents and automation to streamline cybersecurity workflows and analytics.
